Pied Pipers Services Limited (PPSL) is a people-development company with over 15 (fifteen) years’ experience in training, coaching, consulting, and mediation. The company was founded by Hedaya and Thomas Mundia, who are both Mediators and International Coaching Federation Certified Professional Coaches. PPSL is your partner in interventions that create the kind of behaviour in individuals, teams, families, and organizations, that promotes true happiness, fulfilment, rewarding relationships, diversity and inclusion, engagement, and sustainable businesses. We have global experience having offered our services regionally and internationally. We are in the business of families! We help design family friendly workplaces and societies. Our main facilitator, Thomas Mundia, is an internationally certified Emotional and Social Intelligence Coach and Trainer from the Institute of Social and Emotional Intelligence, USA. He has over 10 years’ experience facilitating various sessions around these intelligences. He is also a certified Trainer with the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI, UK), and a member of Faculty with Awaken Coaching, USA.
