A rite of passage for girls at the ages of 11 and 12. The program is a character development program aimed at imparting good habits in the girls at an early age with a focus in affecting their student life and personal relationship with family and friends. Precious pearls is a 2 year program that entails once a month in-house gatherings and a graduation at the end of the program. The participants have a mentor assigned to them and engage in community service projects as part of their growth and development.

The coaching fee includes a one-time KES 5,000 membership fee.
