PPSL is committed in helping family’s function at their optimal, harness their diversity, build strong bonds, and develop communication and conflict coping mechanisms. We provide a safe and open space devoid of judgement where families can look at themselves in a mirror, celebrate what is working and be brave enough to confront the unpleasant.

Family coaching is a forum where relevant topics are presented, and each family identifies how to contextualize the issues being discussed. The facilitated group coaching sessions enable each family (member) to pick an application relevant to them and have the assistance of a coach to translate the insights into action.

Precious Pearls

A rite of passage for girls at the ages of 11 and 12. The program is a character development program aimed at imparting good habits in the girls at an early age with a focus in affecting their student life and personal relationship with family and friends. Precious pearls is a 2 year program that entails once a month in-house gatherings and a graduation at the end of the program. The participants have a mentor assigned to them and engage in community service projects as part of their growth and development.

Upon completion of Precious Pearls, the young ladies have a One-Year outdoor and project focussed program accompanied by mentors and facilitated monthly by thematic experts.

Daring Diamonds

A rite of passage for boys from the age of 17 to 25. The program has two levels DD Kwanza (17-20 yrs) and DD Pili (21-25 yrs). The program provides the young men an opportunity to interact with their peers in a fun filled learning atmosphere outdoors and focussed on the needs of each age group. DD is designed to transition the boys into men by walking with them during their most crucial decisions while supporting them with mentoring and coaching by role models. DD is a character development program based on virtue and helped by faith (catholic foundations are referred to). The DD Kwanza is a 2-year Holidays-Based program divided into 4 annual challenges (suited for soon to sit or sitting exam candidates) while DD Pili is a 2-year program divided into 4 projects every year and targets mainly University students and newly employed young adults.
